Aspire Community Works is a community interest company seeking to provide local people who suffer disadvantage in the labour market with high quality employment and training opportunities, while promoting wider community benefit and contributing to community well being. We are committed to reducing inequality and are proud to be a London Living Wage employer.

These terms and conditions describe how you can use the website and how we protect your privacy.

Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site. By using the Aspire website you are indicating that you accept the following terms and conditions which shall take place immediately on your first use of the website. If you do not agree to these, then you should not access our website.

Aspire may from time to time change these terms and conditions and will highlight any changes in its news section. Any revised version will be effective immediately it is displayed on the website. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified. If you do not agree to the changes you should stop accessing our website.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.

Privacy Policy

Aspire Community Works is committed to protecting and promoting individual privacy. We are registered with the Information Commissioner and the processing and retention of personal information is governed by the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect a range of information including anonymous data that is automatically collected from all visitors to the site; personal data that website visitors submit so that we can answer a query or provide you with a service and financial data that visitors submit to make a donation or order merchandise. No anonymous data is linked with personal data.

Any personal data submitted by you will be kept in a secure environment and will only be used in relation to your personal request. It will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Aspire Community Works except where we have your permission or where we are required to do so by law.

If you apply for a position or send us a CV we keep your details on file for no longer than one year from the closing date or receipt of your CV. All applications are then discarded securely.

We use PayPal for donations and for shopping and by using this process of payment you are consenting to PayPal processing and disclosure of your data according to their privacy policy. More information about their privacy policy is available on the PayPal website.
