The UK Government has published a green paper on procurement with responses due back by 10 March 2021. In line with Aspire’s BetterForUs Commission proposals, it is recommending the establishment of a new principle of public good within procurement law. Aspire will be preparing a detailed response to the proposals, and has delayed the publication of its Guide to March 2021. Copies of the consultation paper can be seen here.
